Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive critical care nursing using the nursing process and evidence-based practices
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, interpreting hemodynamic data and responding to changes in condition
- Administer medications, IV drips, and advanced treatments safely and accurately
- Operate and manage ICU equipment including ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient care thoroughly and maintain compliance with facility policies and standards
- Support patients and families with clear communication and compassionate care
- Blended Rate: $56.54
- Hourly Rate: $14.00
- Housing Stipend: $32.04
- Meals & Incidentals (M&I) Stipend: $10.50
- Overtime / Holiday / Call-Back Rate: $21.00
- On-Call Rate: $5.00
- Weekly Stipend Total: $1,531.44
- Weekly Gross Pay: $2,035.44
- Active RN license (compact or Mississippi license accepted)
- Minimum of 1–2 years recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ICU environment
